Turning my Hidden Weakness into a Strength
Nice job, man! Video is well done. Thank you
Haven't seen your videos for a while and came back after a year. I really enjoy your mix of editing, music (classic/relax), action and commentation. I also find that your progress in that boulder states out your older video contents about footplacement and bodypositioning which is very important when it comes to ecounter slopers. Focus switch from hand to feet;) All the best, Dave
beautiful video, heartwarming and humble. Thank you very much. All the best, Dave
anyone know where this is
love your content !!! very inspiring:) can you shear your training ? how many days a week you climb ? do you do any formal training at all or just climb out door ? video about tactics will be nice to watch:)
Dude that top out looked so sketch... I was honestly kind of expecting a foot to pop off like Louis Parkinson climbing Steppenwolf. Maybe slightly less dramatic though haha. Nice send man!
I spent 6 months projecting a slopey v6. The tips you give in this are so good! In the end, a small change in sequence got me the send. But damn, that was an amazing learning experience!
Congrats on your send! Must had felt amazing 🔥💪
I use to avoid slopers like the plague but after climbing with and learning from you Im started to appreciate them more and more, sometimes even preferring slopey climbs more than crimps 😭🙌 yes being “stronger” physically helps but it’s SO much more about technique, planning and body positioning 🥹
We specifically love the sloper climbs in Fontainebleau 🔥💪
Great timing! I’m just starting to hit more slopy style climbs since my fingers are a little sore from crimping all the time 😂
Same!! Been forcing myself to try climbs with these holds I hate more 😂
Thank you. I'll get this one on my next trip
Thank you I needed this guide ❤❤❤
Should I do more breakdowns like this? If yes, what climbing style or hold would you like me to cover next? Be sure to grab yourself a pair of rockentry drone 2.0 → rockentry.com/ Much love and have a lovely day!
Yes more breakdowns like this. can you do some slab climbs?
If you've got any tips for savage crimp lines I am in desperate need 😅
When to three finger drag vs half crimp vs full crimp would be useful
Yes more breakdowns like this would be great!
awesome, thanks!
beast mode!! in the heat too

Never tell a South East Asian that 85F (or 29C) is "hot"
Ozzy, amazing. Just want to call out the fact this video (and several others of yours) encapsulates the grind of getting better at bouldering, especially once you get to these higher grades. So many videos focus on hacks or tips to climb hard and skip over the process of trial and error to eventually send something (or maybe not!). It takes ALOT of patience and you capture it perfectly!
What that name of this song?
The stoke is strong with this one
This climb is so daby that it should be calld "No margin of error"
sooooofffftttttt
dude i haven't watched for a while and i'm BLOWN AWAY by how strong you've gotten (and Sophia as well!). Incredible progress, I'm so stoked for you guys! Time for me to start watching regularly again and get inspired by the stoke!!
that's a great camera man/woman. haha I would have yelled so hard and ruin the authentic sound lol
lol yeah, sophia is the best!
Great storytelling & cinematography! I have questions about how you are filming yourself when alone. You definitely have something figured out that I do not.
Filming alone is hard but with time you get used to it and start noticing what shots to get. Also, Sophia does help me get some of the shots. With time you will find your style and way of shooting that works for you. Thank you!
Also I can FEEL the heat just watching this lolol it was Ssooo HOOT that day!
I feel like I just watched a movie in the theaters or something this was so beautiful 🥹🥹🥹🥹
Thank you my love ❤️
When you say “my fingers are starting to hurt” then the next scene is night climbing lol… love the dedication! Awesome video!!
oh man, It’s so hard to stop when you’re so close!
Congrats!!! Looking good man
Hey Oswaldo, great vid as always! Keep em coming, I learn a lot from them! :) I have a unusual question, but where do you have your tshirt from (the shirt from the first part of the video)? I really like the design and colour! Greetings from Austria
Whoa, never seen beta going out far right before for the second half, thinking outside the box! 🧠🙌
I was surprised as well and enjoyed the process of figuring out new beta. Thank you!
Sparkling water for the win! I’m eyeing lacroix for a future sponsorship 👀
hahaha that would be awesome!
I love focusing on beta that doesn’t cause pain or reduces injury risk! Very satisfying to ultimately find an easier and safer way to send. Nice work and nice vid buddy ❤
So glad the alternate pain free beta worked out! Much love Justin!
Heck yeah! Looking strong 💪
So strong
That intro edit was awesome
Damn, that first 30 seconds was intense! Beautiful production man!
Thank you!
Out of all the climbing channels I follow, Oswaldo is the guy that delivers most stoke and I think the one you would actually have most fun climbing with. Long-term subscriber, keep it going O'!
💯
Thank you for the love and your ongoing support!
it's true, his stoke is absolutely contagious and it's bursting from the seams!
great video :)
❤
That last beta change unlocked it for me! Love it when that happens. Thanks for watching and happy sending!
super clear and precise compare/contrast demonstrations, with helpful explanations for how/why this technique works. best tip video on heel hooks i've come across!
have you got it bro?
Orajel: move fast Stasis: move slow
Ive never heard someone say their favorite part is the crux. Thats hella dedication and heart. Keep it up!
Imagine camping in the wood and hearing someone scream "No no no no!"😅 0:14
Sadly no shipping to Belgium
To clarify, "move fast" doesn't mean "rush". It means "move confidently". You already know the moves, so don't hesitate/second guess. Just go!
This boulder got trashed since this video lol
